Hans van der Velden joined Keller & Kalmbach in March 2020 as Managing Director. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. In addition to sound technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge in the field of marketing and Industry 4.0 / digitalisation, he brings several years of experience in setting up and managing foreign and regional companies. Hans van der Velden is responsible for the areas of quality management, customer logistics and services, marketing, application technology consulting and business innovation and development.
Dr. Florian Seidl, managing partner of Keller & Kalmbach GmbH, joined the managing company in 1975 as assistant to the managing director, becoming managing director in 1979. In 1980 he received his doctorate in social sciences. Florian Seidl is not only involved in his company and the Munich art scene - he is, among other things, a member of the board of trustees of the Pinakothek der Moderne - but also in association work and social projects. He is responsible for human resources, auditing, facility management, foreign subsidiaries and M&A.
Thomas Obermeyer, who joined Keller & Kalmbach in 2007 and has been Managing Director since 2008, is responsible for sales and sales-related functions. This includes regional sales, group customer sales including key account management for industry and automotive suppliers and product management. The focus is on the customer-centric orientation of the company, the optimal support and further development of customers and the satisfaction of customer needs.
Rudolf Karl, who has been with Keller & Kalmbach since 1994 and has been Managing Director since 2008, is responsible for purchasing, finance and IT. He is also responsible for controlling and the central warehouse in Hilpoltstein. In purchasing, the focus is on securing the required quality at prices in line with the market and on finding new procurement sources. In finance, the focus is on ensuring the necessary liquidity and the profitability of the company. In IT, the main focus is on meeting the requirements of Industry 4.0 and creating added value for the customer through lean, IT-supported processes.
